Confirm your device is fully assembled and powered on. See "first time assembly instructions"
Confirm your Heart is blinking white, this indicates your device is in provisioning mode and you are ready to continue through the app.
if not blinking white, see "device mode cycling" to get your device in provisioning mode
Navigate to the "My Pulse" page. See "How to navigate to "My Pulse" tab" and enter in your Wi-Fi password and tap the "Confirm" button:

Tap "Keep Trying Wifi"
Tap "Ok"
Tap "Connect" for a second time
Tap "Ok"
Arrive at the Select Site Page, you have successfully provisioned your device! Select your site that Pulse will monitor.
